Warranty Information for BuildPCMaster.com

• Warranty Coverage:
  • Labor: 1-year warranty from the original purchase date.
  • Parts: 1-year warranty from the original purchase date.
• Warranty Determination:
  • BuildPCMaster.com holds the sole discretion to determine whether a PC is covered under the labor and/or parts warranty.
• Repair or Replacement:
  • If a PC is found to be defective due to improper workmanship or materials, BuildPCMaster.com will :
    • Repair the PC free of charge.
    • Note: Shipping or handling charges are not covered under this warranty.
• Software and Data:
  • BuildPCMaster.com is not responsible for any software or data installed on the PC that was not originally supplied by BuildPCMaster.com.
  • Third-party program support is not covered under this warranty.
• Overclocking:
  • Damage caused by user overclocking of components is not covered under this warranty.
  • BuildPCMaster.com will offer best-effort support but may refer you to appropriate third-party support when necessary.
• Additional Components:
  • This warranty does not cover software, hardware, external devices, accessories, or other parts added after the system is deliverd from BuildPCMaster.com.
  • Keyboards, and mouse included with the PC are covered under this warranty. Other peripherals are not covered.
• Warranty Period for Replaced Parts:
  • Any part repaired or replaced under this warranty is only covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
• Return of Defective Parts:
  • Defective parts must be returned to BuildPCMaster.com unless otherwise specified.
• Unauthorized Repairs:
  • BuildPCMaster.com will not reimburse customers for any expenses incurred if they choose to resolve issues via unauthorized third-party repair shops.
• Warranty Voiding:
  • BuildPCMaster.com reserves the right to void the warranty of any PC found to be used for cryptocurrency mining or any other activity at its discretion.

Exclusions:

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural calamities, liquid spills, misuse, or any other improper handling of the PC.
